I've tested the configuration you proposed.
Unfortunately the problem is not solved by using hostnames.
I still cannot see an SNI-Extension with wireshark:
Secure Sockets Layer
TLSv1 Record Layer: Handshake Protocol: Client Hello
Content Type: Handshake (22)
