I'm tring to install kannel under mandrake 8.1, but when i type ./config
It starts installing and stops with the error :
checking for xml2-config... no
checking for xml-config... no
configure: error: You MUST have the libxml2 (aka gnome-xml) library installed
When I look in my software man
I installed kanel,
but I don't know where are the config files ans how to start the gateways !
Can someone help me ?

It's on Com2 and this is my definition, but the bearerbox fails to connect to

I had a similar problem.
In my case it was due to the chip card of the phone operator that wasn't
properly setup.
I had to put it in a phone and reset it up with the right sms operator
phone number.
