When having multiple outgoing interfaces, wapbox will use this interface for
the HTTP requests. Default is to use all, as constrained by the routing table.
This is useful if you have a proxy sitting in front and want to allow access to
only 1 IP.

You have another server listening to ports 13000 & 13001. You probably are
running another bearerbox instance in the background. Kill it, restart and you
should be OK.

If your handset does not support oriya/hidhi language.It don't display
meassge properly please make sure that your handset will support
Oriya/Hindi Languages.

To send unicode text, you need to convert it to UCS-2 (and then urlencode),
and add coding=2 parameter to url
in php you can use either iconv (builtin) or recode (requires recode
extension) function to convert text to UCS-2 encoding
