The earlier phones I was using are nokia and sony ericsson, does not support
feature. I switch to Motorola phone, and it worked. Thank for all the

You are seriuosly confused about sockets. The Error says that "Socket not
connected". This is not a retry issue. Try from kannel's shell to telnet to
port 80 of 192.. Either the web service is down, or there is a network
problem (firewall, etc.) with it.
