As i said i am using Huawei E303 with airtel but i could send messages faster
but the receiving is too slow. I could not rectify the problem so if any find
it can you please help me out.

You could try to alter your message-storage to ME if your modem allows it.
It may be faster than storing messages on your SIM.

In order to work with this port, you need to compile kannel
code by defining HAVE_WTLS_OPENSSL flag in config.h.
