We are using this configuration to accept SMPP connection from customers and
inject SMS in our system to process billing etc... before sending them.

Unfortunatly no !!
We are still facing the same issue.
The only serious issue we have found is to buy TC35i siemens modems pools !!
but this is not realy an answer to the problem.
The thing that is strange with wavecom modems is the fact that sometimes we
have 91% trafic with positive DLR
