a new service is defined in the config file? It would be much more useful to
build a reload (without restart) function. Another thing I would like to see is
queueing and throttling mechanism per sender.

Now that I can send/receive SMS from my system I am looking for a PHP
based interface. From googling, it seems that PlaySMS maybe suitable.
Does anyone have any good feedback on PlaySMS as it's documentation
seems to be very limited?

I try it, and it's very easy. there is a plugin directory for kannel-users
. you also need a mysql database. all procedures are include in the
install file.
