in addition to your comments, there were an issue with the send-url.
The config finally is:

smsc = http
smsc-id = click
system-id = X <--- API-ID
system-type = clickatell

Alvaro,
You need to specify the clickatell system-id, so add the following
line :-
system-id = x
(where is your system id). I wonder if you mixed that up with
smsc-id as you blanked that out?
If you want DLRs you will need to specify the port = xxx option as
well. Then set up

I'm trying to setup a link to clickatell.
I'tried several configs for the usr/pass/api_id/send-url in the smsc
definition with no success. In most cases I get
