Hi Michael, My guess will be that the VM needs to have explicitly declared to have a pci bridge, which OpenNebula doesn't do by default. This scenario will be handled more gracefully in the upcoming OpenNebula 4.2, with the ability to enable pcibridge directly from the FEATURES section.
