OpenSIPS 2.2 is quite an old version and is no longer supported for a
while. If you have the possibility, I'd suggest you to migrate to 2.4,
which is a stable LTS - if the issue occurs there, then we are able to
investigate it and track down the problem.

I'm currently using OpenSIPs v 2.2.3 in our environment for over a year
after migrated from version 1.6. As per on 1.6, we were experiencing
Segfault and advised to move on 2.2.3 (update to date version during that
time) to resolve this issue but it didn't help at all.
