I would like to have the ability to recreate the nifi system and wondering what
status I need to store/preserver. It's a single node system at this time.
I am backing up the following at this time.
Repos:
Disk back up of repositories directories - content, provenence & flowfile,
Do the logs (nifi-user.log, nifi-app.log) offer any clues?

On a quick look at the gist, it looks like you are missing the
LdapUserGroupProvider.
(1) Pierre has a very informative guide on the LDAP group configuration here -

I am trying to create a load balanced cluster with 2 node (experimenting on dev
nifi 1.8).
After, I start the nifi services on the 2 nodes, with the zookeeper. I observer
that the cluster elects the Primary node, and then nifi terminates with the
following error:
