We have also released a geronimo-jpa_1.0_spec-1.1.2.jar which is
identical to the latest geronimo-jpa_3.0_spec-1.1.1.jar to help clarify
this situation, in case there is ever a JPA 3.0 spec.

Short answer : this is normal.
Explanation : The orginal version of the geronimo-jpa spec jars was copied
from the EJB specification (version 3.0 at the time). So JPA 1.0 was named
geronimo-jpa_3.0_spec-1.0.jar in Geronimo.
