We have ordered for our Sportschool on 16 april 2015 your Openoffice software
program included CD.
I have done several tests in our system with files from WORD/EXCEL and PP.
All files gives defects with Microsoftboth to and from.
So not compatible as you claimed.

You did not have to buy OpenOffice. It's a free download from
www.openoffice.org. However, there are some who sell CDs. You
apparently bought from one of them and you'll have to get a refund from
them.

If you file a bug report, those incompatibilities might be fixed.
If those defects are not artefacts of the MSO file format, of which
there are a number of known examples, they can be fixed.
