I am on FC6 with OOo-2.2.0, and am trying to upgrade to OOo-2.2.1. I have downloaded and unpacked all of the rpm files. Then I go into the sub-directory containing all of the rpm files as root and execute the following also as root: rpm -Uivh *.rpm. I'll get a long list of errors which I'll insert
