I added information on the operating system I tried this on OpenOffice 2.4.1 and on OpenOffice 3.0 RC1 Both versions run on ubuntu 8.04 The 2.4.1 is the OpenOffice out of the ubuntu repositories and the 3.0 RC1 is the build from the OpenOffice.org homepage. Thanks Franz
