Does anyone have any information on paid support options from Sun? I called them and the receptionist has no clue what OpenOffice is. Left a message for the sales team for StartOffice and they must be on vacation since no call back in 3 weeks...

If you have a regular writer doc and I copy text from an internet page the whole text appears inside a table that exceeds the width of the page. If I do it in Word, the text appears properly formated as it was on the web page. Is there a setting to adjust this?

Has anyone mentioned that the program icons kinda look all alike? The Impress icon looks like the letter "O" Writer like an "E" and Calc, well, like the old Windows logo... This is confusing some people that we are testing the software.

With the recent Office 2003 MSFT covenant will OpenOffice be compatible with Office 12 coming early next year? Also, are there any plans for a similar product as a replacement for Visio and Project? That will be a tremendous asset. --
