Does anyone have any information on paid support options from Sun? I
called them and the receptionist has no clue what OpenOffice is. Left a

With the recent Office 2003 MSFT covenant will OpenOffice be compatible
with Office 12 coming early next year? Also, are there any plans for a
similar product as a replacement for Visio and Project? That will be a
tremendous asset.
