[users] Spanish on OO?

I just got a CD with the latest version of OO on it. What do I need to do to access Spanish and Romanian with it? Do those languages come with the software, or do I have to download something else? Thanks for your help. Sieg Snyder

Please recommend a reputable company in the U.S. where I can obtain the latest version of OO on CD. I tried downloading from the internet, but the program would not open. It said the files were from an unknown publisher and the installer wouldn't open it. Thank you. Sieg Snyder
