Sorry to have not followed up on this matter to the members who tried

At present I am trying to overcome a problem in that Windows 7 that I
have to change to on
a replacement computer is not accepting Open Office. At present it
has been narrowed down
to the copy of Windows 7 on the comp

First, some basics: Are there print drivers installed in Windows? If so,
have you selected an existing, installed printer (Name) in the print dialog
which opens when you ask to print? Can you print from any other program, for
example, Notepad? Are you inadvertently trying to print for
