I should also have mentioned the Getting Started Guide which contains an
introductory chapter to Draw, which you should make recommended reading
for anyone doing posters. For OO.o v2.x at the above link and for OO.o

It's in the download. Smath is part of OpenOffice.org's office suite along
with Sdraw, Swriter, Scalc, Sbase, Simpress, and so forth. It's like the
MathCad program.
Ah, I am familiar with the Math module in OOo, I wrongly thought that
Smath was some additional program.
