[users] Don't have X-11, have 10.4

I've tried downloading Open Office for My 10.4 (Tiger) OS, and when I try to install, it says that I need X11. I specifically chose 10.4 (Tiger) when downloading and so I don't know what is going wrong. Is there an easier way to download? Just to clarify what I am doing, here is the link
