Yes it does. I have on 3 Win 7 64 bit computers. I also have Libre Office running on the same computers and have no problem with these on the same computer. There is all most no difference between Libre and OO that I can see. I use VitrualBox to run Ubuntu in one of the Win 7 computers so I
