[users] Registration wizard and Windows v Linux

How do I get rid of the registration wizard On Windows it is a real pain. The extension to stop it in 3.1 doesn't work in 3.1.1 any more In Linux you don't get this annoying 'feature' how do I get rid of it once and for all Thanks Mal "Oh, Bother," said the Borg. "We've assimilated Pooh."
