On Windows XP, it's proven impossible to upgrade from OO2.0 to OO2.1 due to missing installation and setup/remove files. OpenOfficeorg20.msi file was erased as was the setup file. Anyone have a solution? Are the missing files available for download and proper placement? Evan Wilner
