Running Oo ver 2.4.1   Does OpenOffice have built-in watermarks?  If so, where?   I went to F1, and found it, but the 'Gallery' appears empty.  I was looking for the word "Draft" for a background on my Writer document.   Am I skipping a step?  Format>>page>>Graphic opens an empty Gallery.
