Hi,
It is after 3 years that I again pose a problem on this list.
I'm using Open Office 3.2 with Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (10.04) on a 64-bit
system. I'm writing a book for which I need to make a bibliography.
Several users promoted zotero as an ideal bibliography instrument. I
installed it, even succe
Does anyone have Zotero working with OOo 3.2.1 and Firefox 3.5.9 or
later on Linux? If so, can you tell me what versions of the FF and OOo
plugins you have installed?

I have thought about doing that; it seems that every time I upgrade (eg,
OO3 to OO3.1), I've had to do just that;
I would still be curious as to where this toolbar is coming from. There
must be something; I did try a registry scan; it's not there either.

Robert,
I have followed this up on the Zotero forum, and it seems a small proportion
of people have had the same problem with couple of solutions working for
some of the people, but possibly not for others. (Threads go dead without an
apparent resolution). I have now tried all the solutions offere

rebooting and also switching the PC off completely, in between.
I've also tried installing it by double cliking the file and via the
extension manager.
However, I have not tried re-downloading the extension, I will do t

I think it is a Zotero question, or problem I should say. Here's why:

Not sure if this is an OOo question or a Zotero question.
Using WINXPpro, OOo 2.3, Firefox 2.0.0.9, and Zotero 1.0.1.
I get an initial error when trying to run Zotero from OOo (The Zotero tool
bar is available in OOo) that there is a problem communicating with Firefox

Potentially useful information, particularly as Firefox is to be bundled
with OpenOffice at some point.
Thanks. In my case, at least, it will have to wait until Firefox 2.0 is
released (out of beta).

Hi,
Does anyone know about Zotero and how/if it will relate to OO? It may
provide some help with improved citations, a feature that many of us have
been looking forward to. See http://www.zotero.org/
