What I meant by lack of support is that there are no programs that
they have to install. In fact, in order to block .odf files, they do
have to do additional work. Their denial of ODF files is more effort
than letting them through.

and they won't support .odt files either. What is REALLY annoying,
when you hit this they say send a message to support this and then
when I do, they say no, we aren't going to support that. I was going

that they'd look for ANY WAY POSSIBLE to discourage the use of ODF.
