Cross-reference and hyperlinks within the same document work as they should
with the odt file, but when the file is exported to PDF both vanish.
It seems hyperlinks to external sites (such as websites) work fine when

I noticed a rather strange problem, once I export a big document into PDF some
of words are malformed in output pdf file.
By malformed I mean that some of letters within the word are overlapping a bit,
it looks like combination of letters "tu" withing a word is causing this

I don't think so.
It will most probably use the same exporter (writer_pdf_Exporter).
It seems to be an issue with the (new?) configuration of this exporter
(compare http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?p=23018 ).
The mentioned DocConverter is the (slightly modified) macro im using, too.
