I have installed Open Office 2.3 and was unable to get thru the start up
process. I have had to delete program to use computer.
Anyone have suggestions? I tried reinstalling with same results. System after
entering password freezes unit. I am using MS XP operating system.

Few days we try to use it, but we can't. Basically the program didn't load
