Hi!There are many promising features in oVirt, but still I feel it is just "promising", not for production. The most critical issue for me, that is preventing me from using oVirt in production, is the "single point of failure" of the engine. I wouldn't want the struggle of setting up a new engine,

3) Spice for Google Chrome, this browser run in anywere O.S. and largest

system with 2 hosts.
Both run Fedora Core 17.
We've run unto a problem that makes the hosts seem down from the web

You can edit the .ovf file of your vm on the export domain.
Change to:
0 ... Desktop
1 ... Server
Then you can import your server/desktop vm using the engine GUI...

When I did that, I failed to set the permissions and ownership for the
changed mailbox file. It remained owned by root, so Mailman was unable
to write to the archives. :( :(

I remember some time ago someone writing about compatibility version
defaults for 3.2 that should be put to 3.2.
I'm using oVirt nightly in all-in-one config as of
ovirt-engine-3.2.0-1.20130101.git2184580.fc18.noarch
but compatibility versions defaults are still 3.1 both for local_datacent
- Ovirt management server should be able to run as a virtual machine
managed by ovirt
- Clustered management server, active/passive, or even better active/active
- Support for additional iternal users, so monitoring and automation don't
need to rely on an external source for authentication

compatible with some VDSM version, i recommend alter this is version kernel
