you don't need a second CD Rom or floppy drive. Choose "Run once" -
"Boot Options" - "Attach CD" to attach the Windows ISO. When the install
process gets to detecting storage devices you have to choose "Change

cluster running ovirt 3.5 nodes. I created another cluster with hosts running
CentOS 7 (ovirt 3.6 version) and want to move VMs to this cluster. The
compatibility mode for everything is 3.5.

Once I set correct host_id on both hosts how to take changes in force? With
minimal downtime? Or i need reboot both hosts anyway?

As you suggested I updated hosted-engine.conf with correct host_id values
and restarted ovirt-ha-agent services on both hosts and now I run into the
problem with status "unknown-stale-data" :(
And second host still doesn't looks as capable to run HE.
