Can someone recommend a training video of some kind of step by step document
to do the installation and administration for OVirt? Or if someone that
wants to do a one on one online training? I would be super excited to do
online training.

If "Automatic Synchronization" is enabled for the ovirt-provider-ovn in
oVirt Engine,
the value should be updated

In pretty sure all of 4.3 is compatible with RHEL7 and Centos7.
I haven't tried the specific versions myself though.
