My nodes run on natively installed CentOS, not factory oVirt node images,

Hi Strahil,
thanks for your response.
i understand. But yesterday happened this on one of cluster that was off
for a long time: router could not assign same ip and assigned another IP
and all went well - cluster is up, gluster with briks is ok (gluster is
configured with another internal network).
Thanks!

I think the best is:Remove the host from oVirt, remove-brick the brick on the

Hi,
OK, thanks for the tip.
I always upgraded nodes via oVirt web interface, which is now 4.4.7, and
I assume it can't update node 4.2 -> 4.3, because 4.3 is too old. Please
correct if I'm wrong here.
May I use these commands to safely upgrade nodes manually?
yum check-update
yum clean all

Hello,
I am trying to export a bunch o VM from oVirt version 3.5
The problem is that there is no OVA support for exporting them. I also tryed to
export VMs into OVA format using ovirtsdk4 which anyway won't work on oVirt 3.5.
I can successfully export to a NFS partition but for each VM there are

The performance info is provided by libvirt and not by guest agent.

Hi list,
I have upgraded my oVirt from 4.4.4 to 4.4.7 and notice that some VMs
have issues to report the performance information via the guest agent.
I see the following message on the VMs: The latest guest agent needs to
be installed and running on the guest
The qemu-guest agent is install

I found https://metacpan.org/pod/Ovirt::Display but I think there should be
an easier way within the engine to configure this.

Hi,
I have 2 oVirt nodes still running on CentOS 7.6.
rpm -qa | grep ovirt - results in version 4.2.
Does it makes sense to upgrade CentOS 7.6 to Stream, and then upgrade oVirt
Node sw, or just leave for a couple of years till hardware will be trashed?
I’m always keep oVirt Engine up to date,

I have observed this behaviour recently and in the past on 4.3 and 4.4, and
in my case it’s almost always following an ovirt upgrade. After upgrade
(especially upgrades involving glusterfs) I’d have bricks randomly go down
like your describing for about a week or so after upgrade and I’d have to
