Actually, now I've fixed that, indeed, the deployment now fails with an lvm
filter error. I'm not familiar with filters but there aren't any
uncommented instances of 'filter' in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf.

as the gluster volume. It's /dev/sdb on each node and I'm using the JBOD
mode.

I seem to have got a stale host in my engine that I can't remove. I
recently reinstalled oVirt Node on this host and while trying to refresh
the host in the engine, have got it in some state where I can't do anything.
The host is listed as Status=Unassigned. Under the Management pull down
well sr-iov on.

I've been trying to get an old machine setup for PCIe passthrough but am
seeing kernel hangs when booting into oVirt. This is a Supermicro X10DAi
with dual E5-2695 V4's I think.
I had VT-d enabled and added SR-IOV. Don't think there's anything else I
need to enable in the BIOS is there? I

So my engine has gone down and I can't ssh into it either. If I try to log
into the web-ui of the node it is running on, I get redirected because the
node can't reach the engine.
