For 3.5 we are providing a prebuild exe for the guest agent installer, so you don't have to mess with compiling in python anymore. You can find the iso with the guest agent and other tools here [1]. I am not 100% sure if it works with 3.4, but I don't see a reason why it shouldn't. [1]
