All the install guides for SOGo on 14.04 reference packages that are no
longer present in the inverse repo. (i.e.: openchange-ocsmanager)
What packages do I need to install to get a full SOGo (web interface,
Outlook compatibility, activesync) up and running?

so I made a dovecot imap proxy.
No results.
I think dovecot supports the 'autosubscribe' function, what maybe help
on you.

after installing (via the official ubuntu repos) and configuring SOGo on
Ubuntu 14.10 I am facing the problem that the mail module
(http://domain.tld/SOGo/so/user/Mail/view) produces a 404 error with the
following output:
