When logged in as the user you can share with whoever you want without admin
privileges. Just right click on the calendar or address book to share and
click on sharing option

You need to setup the SOGoSuperUsernames variable. Like this
defaults write sogod SOGoSuperUsernames (user1, user2, user3)
