This morning, I received a message from a user who got spam flagged mail
which he reported as false positive, and which I thought would be
reasonable to report here. It's a daily digest mail from an internal
forum. The (html) email contains a link to youtu dot be, which
contributed to a total

SHORTENED_URL_HREF might be more like a rule that helps
