just built another server and would like tocopy the information for the
production server over to the new server so I don't have to have the new server
re-learn the spam.

It really depends. If you've not given it a path, then it will be in a
subdirectory under each user, usually if you're been sa-learning as root
then look under root's .spamassassin directory for a bayes directory. If
you don't intend to use
