I think I figured it out. It looks like this version of Tomcat in Ubuntu doesn't ship with the WebSocket implementation, as per this ticket: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tomcat7/+bug/1326687 I will upgrade Tomcat and come back if I have any more problems. Kyle -Original

Users Hello, my problem is related to an error in Tomcat 7 to update a GeoNode gis system. Thanks for your support. Restarting the service tomcat7 by ssh, the system does not indicate an error, but tomcat 7 does not start. 2.4 GeoNode proceeding to backup. Next restoring in GeoNode 2.4.1
