Enabling CGI's in Tomcat

Help with Manager Embedded Web Application

application has a CATALINA_HOME of apache-tomcat-5.5.17-embedded. How do I install this? It needs to go into my CATALINA_HOME, but tar (that is, jar) will simply create a directory of apache-tomcat-5.5.17-embedded, which tomcat will not be looking at. Did anyone else run into this? Kevin Mullin Sr
