Due to the rather specialized nature of your requirements, your best be
being logged at all
but these data can be very useful to us so we do want to log them ( without
exposing the confidential value in the request ).

I currently have Tomcat access log enable which will log all the query that
hits my web server. Some of the information is "confidential". So is there
a mechanism that I can use to add a interceptor or filter to "encrypt" those
information before it gets log into the access log?
Any suggestion

To start a new topic, e-mail: users@tomcat.apache.org
it should be:
UTF-8%E4%BD%A0%E5%A5%BD你好.
==
with the query: http://www.nxnx.net:8080/nxnx/mix/%E4%BD%A0%E5%A5%BD
but through mod_jk i can only get:
===
UTF-8
T__T
look at this:
http://www.nxnx.net/mix/%E4%BD%A0%E5%A5%BD
and
http://www.nxnx.net:8080/nxnx/mix/%E4%BD%A0%E5%A5%BD
tomcat standalone is fine, but through mod_jk, it seems missing the UTF-8 param,
I tried:
=
not working,
also added:
