exactly the same procedure woth Tomcat 5.5.27 but URL without
port 8080 reports page not found.

I tried compiling mod_jk.so
I used tomcat-connectors-1.2.27-src.tar.gz
resultant mod_jk.so was copied to /etc/httpd/modules/ directory
-workers.properties
worker.list=worker1
worker.worker1.typ
