This sounds like your SQL server may be running off of Windows NT
authentication, taking (simply passing, like through Active Directory possibly)
your network logon credentials. Are you logging on to a network through Windows
each morning? Try that logon combo, if so.
See if it doesn't pass
What happens if you include them, but empty -- eg username=
password=? I don't configure my datasources without a username and
password, so I've never actually tried it myself but it's worth trying.
