Device select is an index for referencing a specific USRP in a multiple
USRP flow graph. Instance select is an index for when you have multiple
instances of the same block on a USRP (i.e. DDC0, DDC1, etc).

charge pump current / gain (via LMX2592 register settings -- cp_idn, cp_iup,
