Dear usrp community,
I am working on OAI code to implement 5G SA using usrp b210. The uhd
installation is done with source installation using ninja.
UHD version : UHD_3.15.0.0
I get the following crash error, when I run the gnb:

This happened to me as well after upgrading from 3.10 to either 3.12 or
3.13 (forget which).
It will run normally, but in various gnuradio flowgraph terminate
situations, it has this error
and does not seem to recover without a device reinitialization.
