You can remove the DDC/DUC blocks in UHD 4.0. You can also remove the radio
block if you're not using a multi_usrp object.
If you're not expecting software to touch data, you could throw in a single
Rasberry Pi to run the UHD sessions and keep RFNoC/UHD for everything else.
That would set up
