The CAEDM vpn is PPTP. As far as I know, it is not a Cisco VPN.

Just so everyone knows, I'm pretty sure the CAEDM vpn is a PPTP embedded
system. I fought with it for a little while, and then just went back to
tunnelling over ssh.

If you're talking about the VPN for IT 210, I think you need openVPN.
