Sounds like you are having some configuration issues.
How did you setup qmailadmin, vpopmail, and vqsignup? from source? using
mysql? cbd? etc...
I am sure everything couldn't be setup correctly if things are not working.
try checking your logs for more info.

1) If Vpopmail was compiled without --enable-hardquota=size-in-bytes
feature, the quota will not work even if you try to vadduser -q 500

Yesterday I setup my first domain using vqadmin... I'm so used to
vadddomain restarting qmail for me that I forgot to verify that mail was
getting delivered. It appears that vqadmin doesn't restart qmail, so
the user's mail was bouncing. with the error:
Apr 3 14:21:59 ns1 qmail: 986325719.25
Or you can download new cdimages from redhat. I used that latest ones from
redhat and had no problems.

of the problems. We are running Redhat 7 on our main mail server without

This is a clean install of vpopmail-4.9.9, using mysql for authentication.
I can add/delete domains fine, no errors, but when trying to authenticate, i
