Hi, Anyone using vmchange to eject tapes? I'm using the command below, it manage to eject the tapes BUT the command didnt end properly as the command spawn another tldcd process but didnt go off after eject. I can only kill that spawned process in order to do a tape inventory. Anyone know

I was experimenting with that as well, but saw some strange behaviour so I shelved it for now. I guess mine was doing the same thing, I just didn't have time to analyze it. If you hear of any successes I would love to hear of them as well. I'm running NBU 6.5.1, how about you? -Original

Almost willing to say its a 2 hour time out. Been down this route, and actually founds some hidden settings in the firewall that disabled the TCP connection after 2 hours backup failed shortly after, normally 7 - 9 mins. Anyhow, thats what happened here. Networks denied it... took a damn
