I did a bit of searching, and found a link to a post on the Symantec blog -
access denied but still in google cache.
Hard to be sure why its no longer accessible, but it mentions some of what
isn't supported until NBU 7.5. Maybe ask your rep for clarification about
the items mentioned.

I just spotted this thread, after looking at new thread about NBU 7.1.0.3
and vSphere 5 (There isn't a product called VMware 5. Try to break it down
into support for vCenter 5, ESXi 5 and hardware version 8).
Some things to put it in perspective:
1. Take a look at what I copied into
with the gripper (robotics)
that's out of alignment needing alignment or replacing.
